Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (New Grads Welcome)

A community-focused outpatient clinic in Baxley, GA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP / Primary Care NP) to provide comprehensive family medicine and adult primary care. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, strong physician support, and the ability to build your own patient panel.

Providers deliver acute care, chronic disease management, wellness exams, preventive care, and routine follow-ups. Ideal for NPs seeking a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment. New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary care visits, annual exams & chronic disease management

• Diagnose & treat common acute and chronic conditions

• Order/interpret labs & imaging

• Document in AthenaOne EHR

• Provide patient education, medication management & follow-ups

• Collaborate with supervising physician & clinical team

Qualifications

• GA NP license (FNP)

• DEA (or ability to obtain)

• BLS/ACLS (PALS can be obtained after hire)

• Strong communication & patient-centered approach

• New grads encouraged

Compensation & Schedule

• $110,000 salary

• Mon–Thu 8–5, Fri 8–2 (charting/light admin)

• PTO, retirement plan, malpractice coverage
