Position Description

A respected family practice clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support a busy outpatient primary care team in Georgia. This on-site role is ideal for new graduates and early-career NPs who want hands-on experience with strong physician support and a steady day-shift schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • See ~15 patients/day for routine primary care and follow-ups
  • Review labs, call patients with results, and update care plans
  • Complete SOAP notes and assist with light clinic paperwork
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinic staff
  • Provide patient-centered education and clear follow-through

Requirements

  • Active Georgia APRN license; FNP preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfort with outpatient workflows and EMR charting
  • New graduates welcome (mentorship available)

Highlights
